News and rumours are coming out once again, the transfer market is officially on its way. So, in the Lazio house we ask ourselves: a summer of revolution or conservation? According to Gazzetta dello Sport, to remain as the protagonists from this season, Lazio will have a mixture of both sides, with some painful exception.

Who Stays?

The bulk of the attacking force will be confirmed: Ciro Immobile (for which interest of some clubs has already popped up) will not move from the Formello, along with Spaniard Luis Alberto. Speaking at ‘Football Leader 2018’, Ciro Immobile remained tight-lipped on his future, saying that he ‘does not need to repeat how he feels about Lazio, but when it comes to the market, his agents can work while he goes on vacation’. AC Milan are said to be interested.

Promoted and confirmed is also the very young Brazilian defender Luiz Felipe and Albanian goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha, ready to become the key points of next seasons defening unit.

The Senators also will remain in the block: Lucas Leiva, Parolo, Lulic and Radu will have to drive the Lazio of the future.

Who Leaves?

Milinkovic-Savic could start at an auction of 100 million Euros. However, today, his agent has told CalcioMercato.it that ‘there is a lot of interest in his client, and in football, anything can happen’, but he underlined the length of Sergej’s contract and ‘insisted there is no rush for Sergej to be playing Champions League football.’ Manchester United, Tottenham, Real Madrid and Juventus are all parties to be interested in signing the player, with Real Madrid ready to offer Kovacic as a partial payment counterpartManchester United claiming that they have already signed the playerTottenham making an offer for both Immobile and Milinkovic-Savic – and Radiosei claiming Juventus’ Max Allegri made his wish for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic clear as he met with the club to discuss his future yesterday.

Nani has already said goodbye and Di Gennaro will do the same shortly, while Wallace and Bastos could leave as they have been rejected by the fans due to their performances.

In doubt, are Brazialian winger Felipe Anderson, Ecuadorian striker Caicedo and Uruguayan centre-half Caceres, who seem closer to staying than leaving – however, during the transfer market, anything can happen.

Who Joins?

La Repubblica believe Monaco’s Polish defender Kamil Glik has been identified as Stefan de Vrij’s replacement, while talks are said to be underway for Sao Paulo’s Éder Militão. Along with these two players, there are reports that Lazio are also interested in Saint-Etienne’s Jonathan Bamba, and Sassuolo defender Francesco Acerbi.

Missing out on the Champions League may have ended chances of a Stephan Lichtsteiner return and the signing of Benfica-owned Italian Bryan Cristante.
