Many players return to Lazio after a year on loan. Among these players is 20-year-old Luca Germoni, who spent the last season in Serie B first with Parma and then Perugia.

Though two very good sides, the biancocelesti player only played in 11 matches between both clubs. Usually a player is sent on loan to receive more playing time, but it does not look to be the case in terms of the defender.

Returning back to Lazio for the upcoming season, the 1997 born Italian has the possibility of making his name known and finally breaking through to the first team. He has been with the biancoceleste from the start of his youth career, climbing up the ladder slowly, but surely to get the opportunity to play for his dream club.

However, it is possible that Germoni could leave again for a new experience in Serie B next season, as requests are not lacking for the player. As reported by Alfredo Pedullà, Germoni is a top priority for Lecce to play on the left flank. In addition to this, there is also concrete interest from Ascoli.

Lazio on the other hand, will first evaluate Germoni during the withdrawal at Auronzo and decide whether to keep him in the squad, loan him out again to the Serie B for more experience, or maybe insert him in the negotiations with Genoa for Laxalt or with Sassuolo for Acerbi.

Germoni has a contract with Lazio until 2022: we will wait to see what Simone Inzaghi and Claudio Lotito have in store for the youngster.
