Lazio continue to look to strengthen their team and this time the name is 21-year-old German forward Jonathan Okita. Okita, 21, is currently playing for MVV Maastricht in the Dutch Jupiler League.
After Felipe Caicedo’s disappointing season for Lazio, the pursuit of a Vice-Immobile heats up. Rumours suggest that Wesley Moraes could be on his way to Lazio from Club Brugge but there is currently a mismatch between the player’s valuation according to the clubs.
RMC Sport are reporting that, after 19 goals and 8 assists in the Dutch second division, Tare is very interested in bringing Jonathan Okita to the Stadio Olimpico. So much so that, apparently, Tare invited Okita to Formello this week in an attempt to get the deal all-but wrapped up.
Okita could be available at a real bargain value, likely to cost Lazio around €500,000 – nothing but a tiny dent in the biancoceleste’s transfer budget.
