After the latest offer from West Ham – which in fact reached the assessment of €40 million made by Claudio Lotito and Lazio for Felipe Anderson – there are now details to be established related to extent of the return on the clause of a future re-sale. A percentage is danceing between 15% and 20%.
However, today it has been reported that there are further potential scenarios that have prolonged the dialogue between the two clubs – West Ham is also interested in left Belgian wing-back Jordan Lukaku, who has also been linked to Leicester City in recent days. There is talk of an insertion of the players card in the transaction of Felipe Anderson to obtain the two players in a package deal: the defender is interested in the Hammers and is a player that Lotito is willing to let go for the right price, especially with the recent purchase of Riza Durmisi.
However, even if this case, Lazio and West Ham must first find a common understanding on the assessment of the Belgian. From the package deal the biancocelesti would like to get around €60 million, setting Lukaku’s price tag at around €20 million. The Hammers, have taken time to listen to the first offer, but consider the “package” to high, and would like to lower the demand of Lazio to around €50 million in total.
