A new offer from West Ham has been made that could finally unlock the negotiations with Lazio and Claudio Lotito for Felipe Anderson.

he Premier League side has been negotiating with Lazio over the course of the last month for the Brazilian winger, and they have made their final offer of €40 million. Recently, the deal had seemed to be on hold, due to the possible insertion of Jordan Lukaku, and or Ravel Morrison, but those talks have faded away for now. President Lotito first requested €50 million when interest had started to arise for the player last season from Manchester United, but in the end most think he will accept the €40 million euros that have been put on the table, as there is concrete interest and desire from the East London side: both clubs will be in contact in the coming days to continue to try to finalize the deal.

With news of the likely departure, Lazio has sent their interest to Portuguese international attacker Gelson Martins – who is born in 1995 – who could be the perfect substitute for Felipe Anderson that who is currently owned by Sporting Clube de Portugal.

The situation with the Portuguese club is however very delicate and risky, as Martins has rescinded his contract and would like the biancocelesti to guarantee that they pay the possible costs of his actions to the Portuguese side.
