Felipe Anderson has returned to Rome, for now. With not long to go until Lazio’s pre-season begins, Corriere dello Sport are reporting that Lotito and Felipe Anderson will sit down in the coming days and discuss the player’s future.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito is interested in renewing the Brazilian’s contract, which expires in 2020, whilst it is thought that Anderson wants a guarantee of a place in Inzaghi’s  plans if he is to sign on.

With Valencia and Monaco now in the race for the forward, after Premier League outfit West Ham stalled on an offer, it appears as though he wants a way out and that Lotito’s offer will have to be truly outstanding to convince the 25-year-old to remain.
