Report: West Ham give up on Felipe Anderson as they make bid for Yarmolenko

The saga continues and it appears as though West Ham United, of the English Premier League, have finally given up in their pursuit of Lazio’s tricky Brazilian, Felipe Anderson.

This comes with the latest reports from DiMarzio, which state that in frustration with Lazio, West Ham United owner David Sullivan has instead sanctioned a €20 million bid for Borussia Dortmund flop Andriy Yarmolenko.

The Ukrainian has failed to settle in at Dortmund and now it appears as though the East London club want to bring him to the Premier League.

As we wait to see how Dortmund respond to the reported bid, this could well mean the end for West Ham’s interested in Felipe Anderson – opening the door for Chelsea, Valencia and Monaco – or the increasingly likely possibility that he remains a Lazio player.
