Strakosha: “The transfer market? I am good at Lazio, it is my home”
Thomas Strakosha was Lazio’s rock last season, starting in essentially every match for the Biancocelesti. At the presentation of the new kits, the goalkeeper was pulled aside to answer a few questions surrounding his summer, the World Cup, and next season.
“I am happy to have started again with Lazio – we have to restart from last season to put up an even better year.”
“I was on holiday in Greece, I rested, and now I am ready to start training once again.”
“The transfer market? It is nice to hear of the other teams’ interest, but Lazio is my home.”
“The World Cup? Sunday will be a perfect final. Croatia has proven to be a great team, I think they deserve to be there. The errors from goalkeepers? We’re all in the wrong sometimes, but many have done well in the World Cup. They demonstrate their qualities every day in the league.”
“Our goal for next year? The Champions League.”
“The new kits? Above all, mine being the goalkeeper jersey, I think it is the best!”
