According to Gianluca Di Marzio, FeralpiSalò secures additional strength in midfield, and ensures the performance of Lazio’s Alessio Miceli for the next three years. Born in 1999 and a the former captain of Lazio’s Primavera, Miceli is a great acquisition for the Serie C side. It is the second purchase in a few days after the one that led to the official registration of Andrea Caracciolo.
The young midfielder, already has two appearances in the Europa League with the biancoceleste jersey, but the pro contract that would have tied him to the club of Lotito never arrived: Lazio and Miceli never found the agreement, and the midfielder had thus remained as a free agent. Torino and many Serie C teams have been looking for him, in addition to Almere City – the Dutch Serie B team in the Eerste Divisie who is coached by Michele Santoni – Miceli’s former coach at his time of Lazio. However, in the end he chose FeralpiSalò: it is the start of a new adventure for the 18-year-old.
