The search for a Felipe Anderson replacement continues: the latest on Papu Gomez, Pedro, Correa, and Vazquez

Simone Inzaghi along with his squad continue to ask for a new replacement for departed Brazilian attacker Felipe Anderson, after the large amount of cash received for the player.

Felipe Anderson’s heir has not arrived in the retreat, but according to Il Messaggero, Claudio Lotito himself works with Atalanta’s President Percassi: the Nerazzurri are still currently making a wall on the €10 million valuation for the biancoceleste, making Lotito hesitant on signing the player.

Pedro of Chelsea seems only to be a suggestion, because, the “Mister X” with the big name (and engagement), will only happen if Milinkovic-Savic is sold. The former Barcelona man, therefore, would be cut off as a potential option to fill the void of Felipe Anderson.

The candidacy of Joaquín Correa is the newest man to appear as a potential replacement. He is a 23-year-old Argentine and former Sampdoria attacker, who currently plays in Spain for Sevilla. Last year he played in 21 matches in La Liga, scoring only 1 goal and obtaining 1 assist. This is a new name from the Spanish side after the former Palermo man Franco Vazquez – the Italian-Argentine who is valued at around 10 million euros, and whose manager would be the friendly manager Lucci, the same who brought Djordjevic to Lazio.
