According to the latest reports from Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio are looking to China if Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is to leave the club. The latest target in the list of possible replacements is Brazilian midfielder Ramires, who used to play for Chelsea and is currently on the roster at Jiangsu Suning.
Ramires wants to terminate his contract, after being denied a switch to Inter Milan earlier in the year.
Therefore, if Lazio’s 23-year-old Serbian midfielder does leave in favour of a move to an elite club like Juventus, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea or Manchester United, the Biancoceleste could choose to reinvest those funds, and some of the money gathered from Felipe Anderson’s departure, in securing Ramires’ signature.
