La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Empoli are keen on reinforcing their midfield in the upcoming season with Lazio’s Danilo Cataldi.
The Roman player born and bred in the Lazio youth system spent the last couple seasons on loan at Genoa and Benevento and at the moment it is unclear to what the parameters of the deal would be.
However, it seems another loan is on the horizon for the young midfielder who does not appear to be part of Simone Inzaghi’s plans for the upcoming year.
