Report: Mendes offers André Silva to Lazio for the role of vice-Immobile

Milan, after signing Higuain yesterday, must thin out their attack: superpower agent Jorge Mendes is looking for a new place for his client André Silva, who is interested in providing him to a side on loan with a right of redemption. The biancocelesti knot, however, remains linked to the exit of Ecuadorian Felipe Caicedo.

A large amount of attackers, Milan has young Italian Patrick Cutrone, Colombian Carlos Bacca, Croatian Nikola Kalinic, Turkish Hakan Calhanoglu, Spaniard Suso and the recent Argentine Gonzalo Higuain from Juventus, who, will most likely be the starting striker for Gennaro Gattuso’s Rossoneri. Though Bacca and Kalinic have been looking for alternatives themselves to exit the San Siro, nothing is yet to progress on these fronts and Mendes wants to act quickly for André Silva who came to Milan for 40 million euros last summer. He has failed to shine like he had done so many times before for his nation of Portugal and Porto, and he now looks to try to find form elsewhere. Mendes is looking for an accommodation and – according to Cittaceleste’s exclusive reports – he immediately contacted Lazio, a club that he has good relations with, offering a loan with a potential right of redemption.

For this deal to go through for the Portuguese 21-year-old, Claudio Lotito would have to pay around 2 million euros – a figure that falls in the Lotitian parameters. All that is left now is to convince Milan to accept the transfer.
