According to what has been reported by TuttoSalernitana.com, Mauricio, Lazio’s Brazilian centre-back, is potentially on his way to Salerno to join Lazio president Claudio Lotito’s other team: Salernitana.
Mauricio, who spent the last few months in Poland on loan with Legia Warsaw, is back in Italy but questions have arisen as to ‘for how long’.
Atletico Mineiro, in Mauricio’s home nation Brazil, have been named as potential suitors but the latest reports suggest the Claudio Lotito is to tempt Mauricio into staying in Italy; as Lotito’s other club Salernitana are interested in the centre-back.
