It is just a matter of days before Lazio take on Napoli in their Serie A opener; with this week decisive in training to make sure that the team is prepared and ready for the clash.
The only two absences from Lazio training this week are Valon Berisha and Jordan Lukaku. Berisha has a left thigh injury, whilst Lukaku is still suffering problems due to his knee injury. Murgia, however, has returned to full training after suffering a fractured hand – but he had surgery last week and participated in the practice match this morning.
Lucas Leiva and Senad Lulic will miss the game against Napoli through suspension, whilst Patric is suspended for two games; which means he’ll miss the trip to Juventus too.
Milan Badelj will likely replace Leiva, whilst Riza Durmisi will likely play on the left – due to injury to Lukaku and suspension to Lulic. Marusic will likely be playing on the right against Napoli, whilst the middle three will be composed of Badelj, Marco Parolo and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
