Danilo Cataldi, one of Lazio’s Italian central midfielders, has been linked heavily with a move away from Rome; with a number of clubs, namely Bologna, Parma and Chievo, interested.
Danilo Cataldi was reportedly close to Chievo Verona yet the latest reports from TuttoMercatoWeb.com are suggesting that the deal has hit a stumbling block; coming with the high demands of the player.
Cataldi spent last season on loan at Benevento and, despite playing a part in Lazio’s pre-season, had not won over the total confidence of Simone Inzaghi. However, with the deal with Chievo slowing down, there is a chance Cataldi could remain on the books at Lazio.
