It has been announced this morning that experienced Italian midfielder Claudio Marchisio will be, in fact, leaving Juventus – 25 years after he joined the club as a youth player at the age of seven. Marchisio will be leaving the club on a free transfer, opening the door for a number of teams to strike.
Former Lazio player Vincenzo D’Amico spoke to Radio Incontro Olympia about Marchisio; urging Lazio to sign him:
“Lazio, take Marchisio on a free! It would be convenient for Simone Inzaghi and the Biancocelesti team would be comfortable with him … It would be a super midfield!”
