The deadline has passed for Lazio to name their 25-man squad and there are many players that were left off the list that have yet to find a new club for this season. Here are some updates on the players most likely to leave Lazio:

Among them is Ricardo Kishna, who is still in the midst of his recovery program with ADO Den Haag. It’s expected that he will go on loan to the Dutch club if he can recover by August 31, the Eredivisie’s transfer deadline, and if he can’t recover by then he will most likely sign for them in January.

Ivan Vargic is another who could be on the move after the arrival of Silvio Proto has pushed him out of the squad. Radiosei has tipped the Croatian to return to his former club HNK Rijeka.

Mauricio, who returned this summer from a loan to Legia Warszawa, is rumoured to have a return to Brazil in place this summer. Vasco da Gama are close to getting his signature and taking the 29-year-old defender off Lazio’s hands.

Joseph Minala continues to be linked with a move away from the Stadio Olimpico this summer with interest from RC Strasbourg, Girona FC, and Steaua Bucharest. Talk of a move has been quiet recently but don’t be surprised to see him move on by the end of the month.

There have also been rumours that Luca Germoni could move to Novara this season. The Lazio youth product has fallen down the pecking order at the Stadio Olimpico, especially after the arrival of Riza Durmisi from Real Betis. The Serie C transfer deadline is tomorrow and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the 20-year-old move to northern Italy this season.

Lazio are in desperate need of shedding some dead weight and even if they just move these five players on this season it would be a big step in the right direction.
