Juventus play Lazio tomorrow evening and Massimiliano Allegri, the head coach of the Old Lady, has spoken at his press conference ahead of the clash.
Speaking to JTV, Allegri has said:
“Tomorrow I expect a great enthusiasm on part of the whole team because we play against Lazio, which is the team that last year gave us the first defeat of the season and, then, at the Allianz Stadium, we were defeated after 41 consecutive victories. Important: Regardless of who will play, everyone will have to do it tomorrow because it will be a difficult challenge.”
“Lazio have a physical team, made up of excellent players, well guided. It plays a lot on the re-start, so we have to be good not to leave spaces.” There is one player in particular, Milinkovic-Savic, who is in the field to give physicality and technique.”
LOTITO AND INZAGHI? “I have not seen the video, but, as far as I’m concerned, I can say that Lazio are well trained by Simone Inzaghi, who is one of the most talented young managers. He won the Super Cup, until 20 minutes from the end of the season he was in the Champions League and Lazio in Italy and Europe did really well.”
