According to what has been reported by Radiosei, Lazio are on the verge of signing a new osteopath, to replace Riccardo Contigliani – who left the club last month.
Contigliani was a highly rated physiotherapist by Simone Inzaghi, who would allow him to intervene with the players when necessary – to help aid or stimulate their recovery.
Lotito and club doctor Rodia didn’t want Contigliani to leave, with Lotito even offering a bonus in the form of rent-free living. However, this didn’t change the mind of the osteopath, who left the club feeling empty in the medical departments.
However, with a new member coming to the club shortly, Lotito will make sure that he only hires the best person available for the job.
