After yesterday’s 1-0 victory over newly promoted Frosinone, Lazio players will now have a two-day break before they have to return to training. With the international break coming up, players will be on international duty but those who aren’t will not have to train until Wednesday.

All eyes are on Lazio’s injured players as they slowly work their way to fight back to full fitness. Valon Berisha, who Lazio signed from Red Bull Salzburg this summer, is still yet to make his debut for the Biancocelesti, having suffered an injury – yet he is expected to either be back just in time for the game against Empoli after the international fixtures or perhaps the game after.

Luiz Felipe is still expected to be back at the end of September yet we are still awaiting news about Jordan Lukaku as the Belgian looks to work his way back to full fitness – after not being registered in Lazio’s team for Serie A this season.
