Club football is set for a break so that international football can return to our screens, with the new UEFA Nations League set to commence. Lazio and Simone Inzaghi have a number of players away on international duty: Immobile, Strakosha, Marusic, Milinkovic-Savic, Badelj and Murgia.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Lazio team will remain at Formello, to train and work on various aspects of their game. Il Corriere dello Sport are reporting that the players still in Rome will be working on athleticism, with specially designed plans to help work on various athletic traits.
Luis Alberto will be having extra physiotherapy work, according to the same reports, and as will Joaquin Correa, who needs to regain full match fitness.
