Portugal Under 20, Pedro Neto scores in 4-2 victory over Czech Republic

Lazio’s young stars continue to shine. For Pedro Neto, some satisfaction has come with the shirt of his national team of Portugal thanks to a well-hit strike that found the back of the net against Czech Republic. This occurred yesterday afternoon in the friendly match played by Portugal U20’s against the Czech Republic U20’s, which proved decisive for the final result.

After going up 2-0 in the first nine minutes of play thanks to Nuno Santos and Pedro Correia, the Czech squad managed to equalize at the beginning of the second half: Patrik Zitny and Filip Havelka scored the goals in the 36′ ad 49′. It was a draw that lasted a short period of time because just a minute later the goal of Pedro Neto arrived (was then substituted) to break the balance and allow Portugal to take the lead once again. Pedro Correia scored his second in the 55′ to finish off the game. At the end of the match, Pedro Neto entrusted his thoughts to social media: “Great victory”.

Here is his goal posted to his Instagram as well.
