Lazio travels to the Stadio Friuli to play Udinese in the midweek Matchday 6 clash of the Serie A TIM. After a 4-1 victory over Genoa at home this past Sunday, Lazio will be hoping to continue their goalscoring form to secure a very valuable three points; Udinese is coming off a 2-0 victory against Chievo and now sit in eighth place with 8 points after five Matchdays. With the game set for 1:00 pm EST, the lineup’s have now been officially released:
Lazio, Simone Inzaghi (3-5-1-1): Strakosha; Wallace, Acerbi, Luiz Felipe; Patric, Parolo, Badelj, Luis Alberto, Lulic; Correa; Caicedo.
Udinese, Julio Velázquez (4-1-4-1): Scuffet; Larsen, Ekong, Nuytinck, Samir; Mandragora; Machis, Fofana, Barak, De Paul; Lasagna.
A surprising lineup, it may seem for Laziali, as the regular 3-5-1-1 is being put to use, but the players in the starting eleven are very different from what we have seen so far this season: Luiz Felipe returns to the starting eleven after being sidelined due to injury; Patric starts, Luis Alberto plays in a centrocampista role instead of his regular attacking midfield/striking role; while Joaquin Correa and Caicedo start up top.
