Lazio will return to the field against Parma on Sunday for Matchday 9 of the Serie A TIM before switching their attention to focus and concentrate on the UEFA Europa League. Matchday 3 is approaching (October 25th) and to await the biancocelesti will be Ligue 1’s Olympique de Marseille for the challenge at the Velodrome.
To talk about the match to the microphones of RMC Sport was former France International and striker who played for both clubs, Djibril Cissè.
“The challenge between Lazio and Marseille will have the taste of a derby. The feeling of Roma will exist as Kevin Strootman (former Roma midfielder) and Rudi Garcia (former Roma manager) will be felt. Cissè played with Marseille from 2006-2009, while with Lazio over the 2011/12 season. He made 18 appearances with the biancocelesti, picking up just 1 goal.
