Jordan Lukaku missed out on the World Cup in Russia due to injury and has been training to reach full recovery ever since.
Most of the training has been done in his homeland of Belgium, but Lukaku is now getting close to a potential comeback on the pitch for Lazio. Of course, he has a bit of match fitness to regain, but the left-back may soon be at the full disposal of Simone Inzaghi.
Lazio have also now officially announced that they have decided to include Lukaku in Lazio’s 25-player squad for the Serie A TIM. At the same time, this has lead to the veteran right back Dusan Basta being left outside of the squad by Simone Inzaghi to free up a slot; this may be the last we will see of the Serbian, as he has an expiring contract in the summer with Lazio.
