Danilo Cataldi is beginning to find form once again as Lazio’s prodigal son appears to have returned in full force. Cataldi has spent two years away from Lazio on loan but has returned to Rome for this season and is starting to be utilised by Simone Inzaghi. Cataldi scored a fantastic goal for Lazio last weekend against Spal, assisting Ciro Immobile’s first goal also.
Speaking to RMC Sport, via CittaCeleste, Cataldi’s agent, Beppe Riso, spoke on his client’s thoughts and future:
“Danilo? He’s on a good path, he’s very young. Lazio is an important team and there may be times of difficulty. Managers like Inzaghi help you improve day by day, he is helping him grow with the right times and ways. Compared to last year is more ready, on a character and technical level. The experience outside made it mature, Lazio has always focused on us. From Tare I felt the desire to believe in it, during the last session of the market. Danilo has always wanted to be in the lead in biancoceleste, this team has it in his heart. Here he is at his house. In front of him has important players, who have done better than Danilo in recent years. Inzaghi and Tare have stimulated him to make him perform at his best, and these are the results.”
