Lazio forward Felipe Caicedo was substituted in the match against Marseille in the Europa League because of an adductor problem that was causing him pain. However, as per the latest reports from LazioNews.eu, Caicedo will be available for Simone Inzaghi to select again in-time for the match against AC Milan after the international break concludes.
Lazio resumed training today at Formello, without the nine players on international duty. For those who are still in Rome, a friendly match has been scheduled for Saturday; the opposition currently unknown but is likely to be Cavese, with the match taking place at Formello.
Caicedo undertook different training to the rest of the squad today, as the team prepare physically whilst their international-bound compatriots play in various competitions around the world.
