A new ranking done by “Reputation Science” has revealed that club president Claudio Lotito is the 9th most popular president in Serie A. Reputation Science is a joint venture between Community and Reputation Manager that publishes the results of a survey every month that takes into consideration blogs, mentions, news, and social networks that certifies the reputation of Serie A teams’ presidents. Their list is comprised of four main areas: the perceived image (suggestive and related research), the encyclopedic presence, the presence on the Web 1.0 channels (mentions and news) and on those of the Web 2.0 (blogs and social network).
First place on December’s list belongs to Torino’s president Urbano Cairo with Napoli’s Aurelio De Laurentiis coming in 2nd and Juventus’ Andrea Agnelli coming in last. Lotito was able to finish just ahead of Sampdoria’s eccentric president Massimo Ferrero. It is encouraging that Lotito was able to finish in the top 10 but interesting that he is not higher up considering his careful financial management of the club has led to steady improvement in the team over recent seasons.
