According to reports, the agent of Davide Zappacosta, Alessandro Lucci, is going to London on Tuesday or Wednesday to try to open the negotiation. Lazio wants to take Zappacosta on loan with an option to buy, Chelsea demands the obligation for Lazio to redeem him for at least 12-15 million euros in the summer. It remains to be seen how much Zappacosta’s own will to return to Italy will matter.
Chelsea bought Zappacosta for 25 million euros in 2017 and is looking cashing in some of that money to be able to obtain Napoli’s Elseid Hysaj.
