Lazio’s Francesco Acerbi was sent off in the first match of the Serie A TIM in 2019 against Napoli: the defender picked up two yellow cards and therefore will miss the match against Juventus this upcoming Sunday. Yesterday evening, the central defender had already expressed his displeasure for the incident and today, through a post on Instagram, he reiterated himself:
“I am very sorry to miss an important match, like the one against Juventus. But life has taught me to get up and I will do it again this time. Sunday, together with the fans, I will be the twelfth man in the field”.
Meanwhile, under the post, the Biancocelesti supporters have invited him to watch the match from the Curva Nord with them.
