Lazio vs Sevilla: Inzaghi tests Caicedo-Correa in training

Lazio vs Sevilla is all set to take place on Thursday, as the UEFA Europa League returns for the round of 32. Lazio head coach Simone Inzaghi is preparing to face the La Liga outfit; without stars Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Immobile and Milinkovic-Savic are both suffering from injuries. The Italian forward is expected to be back within the next 10 days at the latest; but probably not in time for Sevilla. Milinkovic-Savic, on the other hand, will be out for slightly longer; the Serbian not expected back until March. Lazio will also be without centre-back Wallace, who is out until March like Sergej, as well as Pedro Neto and Jordan Lukaku; who were not included in Lazio’s Europa League squad list.

In training, Simone Inzaghi has been focusing on the duo of Felipe Caicedo and Joaquin Correa, who will likely form Lazio’s front two on Thursday evening – with Luis Alberto, after returning from injury, expected to take to the field in the centre of midfield.
