Immobile and Wallace positive for Fiorentina; Strakosha struggles with shoulder injury

Another day, another day of training at Lazio’s Formello training centre. LazioNews.eu have reported on the current ‘goings-on’ at the ground and there are a lot of updates to provide today. Firstly, Italian forward Ciro Immobile looks to have recovered almost fully from his injury; the Italian only coming on as a substitute in the club’s 3-1 victory over Roma last weekend, although he did find the net from the penalty spot.

Luiz Felipe and Joaquin Correa join Immobile in full training, giving Simone Inzaghi a huge sigh of a relief as he prepares ahead of the match against Fiorentina on Sunday. Wallace could be set to return for the match too; meaning that Inzaghi has, once again, a full roster of central defenders to choose from for the clash with the Viola in Florence at the weekend.

Concerns, however, arise over the fitness of Albanian goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha. Strakosha is reportedly suffering from a bruised shoulder and, unless he feels 100%, he may not be risked, instead giving game-time to Belgian goalkeeper Silvio Proto.
