Lazio playmaker Luis Alberto has spoken to AS about the reports that Monchi wants to sign the Spaniard for Sevilla; upon the director’s return to the Andalusian club. Luis Alberto previously played for Sevilla, before moving to Liverpool, and reports suggest that a return could be in store for Alberto.
Speaking to AS, Alberto said:
“Sevilla? I will never close the door to my home, my club, my colours. But this depends on Lazio, the club where I am very happy. Monchi? They have not given him enough time. He is the best sports director in the world for me.
“I hope I’m called to a club like Real Madrid, but now I’m concentrating on hitting the Champions League with Lazio, I promised Tare.”
