Sven-Goran Eriksson is ready to return to the bench. With the Scotland national team looking for someone to take over, the former Lazio manager has not ignored the possibility of a new adventure at the helm of the nation. Below, his words to ANSA.
“I am honored, even if there has been no contact. It is news that am unsure of how it was born, but Scotland is a great football country. My passport says I have a certain age, but I don’t feel like it is true. I still like working and I love football. At my age, there are still many managers who work well, similar to Roy Hodgson. I don’t feel old and I’m healthy, so I hope to manage a club or nation once again.”
