Lazio-Bologna is due to take place this evening, with Lazio already having qualified for the UEFA Europa League through their Coppa Italia victory and therefore lifting the pressure on the final games of the season.
Lazio head coach Simone Inzaghi has named his squad for Lazio-Bologna; with a handful of surprises. Brazilian forward Luan Capanni has been called up to the first team in place of Felipe Caicedo, Finnish midfielder Abukar Mohamed coming in to replace Luis Alberto and Furlanetto and Armini both also coming up from the Primavera side.
A good sign for the future, Lazio’s Primavera side earned promotion back to Primavera 1 last week; defeating Spal 2-1 in the play-off to earn a place in Italy’s top youth flight once again.
Lazio squad to face Bologna:
Goalkeepers: Furlanetto, Guerrieri, Proto
Defenders: Acerbi, Armini, Bastos, Durmisi, Luiz Felipe, Marusic, Patric, Romulo, Wallace
Midfielders: Badelj, Cataldi, Jordao, Leiva, Lulic, Milinkovic, Mohamed, Parolo
Attackers: Capanni, Correa, Immobile
