Bianchi: ‘One of Conte, Gasperini and Inzaghi to replace Allegri’

Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri is set to leave his role at the end of the season; as the Bianconeri look to undergo a revolution both on and off the pitch. Lazio head coach Simone Inzaghi is one of the names being reported by the media as a potential replacement for Allegri, with former Lazio forward Rolando Bianchi commenting on the matter to CittaCeleste.

“Inzaghi is a very young and smart coach, a coach who is growing year after year. I think he could be a perfect prospect for many teams. For Juventus? I’ll give you three names: Conte, Gasperini and the same Inzaghi.”

Bianchi then discussed a number of other topics, including the Coppa Italia final against Atalanta, “For me, Inzaghi won in one move: changing Bastos immediately, at half an hour. Someone had turned his nose upside down saying that it was risky to change so soon. Instead, for me, he won it right in this move, removing Bastos who was admonished.”

Finally, Bianchi spoke about Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who was named as the league’s best midfielder:

“This year I was expecting a lot more from a player like him, though, on the talent and class of Milinkovic there is little to complain about. He also demonstrated this in the Italian Cup final where it took him very little to solve it.”
