Speaking to Lazio Style Radio, former Lazio player Oliviero Garlini has revealed his thoughts on Simone Inzaghi’s contract renewal, as well as commenting on Ciro Immobile and how the Biancocelesti can best strengthen their squad for the next season
“Inzaghi’s renewal was very important; it is a decisive step ahead of next season. The coach will now have to prepare for the next season in the best way possible and also in light of the commitments that the team will have. We will see what additions arrive in the transfer market and how Inzaghi will decide to manage them.
“Immobile? He is the Ariete [tank] of the team – we must utilise him to the maximum by trying to serve him in the best possible way. My tip to complete the attack? A prolific forward who can score goals but also assist the team.”
