The latest update in the Sergej Milinkovic-Savic saga comes from the Corriere della Sera, who report that Juventus are considering another counterpart to include in their potential signing of the Lazio midfielder.
Yesterday, we covered reports that Juventus had offered wing-back Leonardo Spinazzola as part of the deal; and that Claudio Lotito asked for Juventus forward Moise Kean. Well, another name joins the list now – Genoa defender Cristian Romero. Juventus have already agreed a deal in principle to sign the talented young centre-back, who looked destined to spend another season in Genoa before moving to Turin next summer.
However, CorSera suggest that Juventus could sign the Argentine to immediately offload him to Lazio and include him as part of the deal to sign the Serbian midfielder. Milinkovic-Savic’s future is hanging in the balance and it looks to be either Juventus or a Lazio stay on the horizon for Sergej.
