Yesterday, shocking rumours broke that Lazio were interested in re-signing former forward Keita Balde. Keita left the club to join AS Monaco a couple of seasons ago and most recently spent a spell on loan with Lazio’s Serie A rivals, Inter Milan. LaLazioSiamoNoi contacted Keita’ s representatives yesterday to see if there was any truth to the rumour and have been told that things are simply ‘media fantasy’.
However, LLSN also report that Simone Inzaghi is interested in the player and has conveyed this to the board. However, Lotito is not convinced by the Senegalese forward’s behaviour in his last few months at Lazio and, therefore, the track goes cool for now.
