According to what has been reported by Gianluca Di Marzio this morning, Lazio President Claudio Lotito is set to allow Stefan Radu to leave the club this summer.
Arriving in Rome from FC Dinamo Bucuresti in the winter of 2008, the defender has played in 12 seasons with the Biancocelesti, winning the Supercoppa twice and the Coppa Italia on three occasions. A club legend, Radu has played in over 340 matches for Le Aquile since his arrival. However, this may all come to an end ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
Now 32 years of age, with a contract expiring on 30.06.2021, the club do not look to be willing to offer the Romanian any sort of contract extension. As a result, Lotito is said to have made an agreement the allows him to leave for without compensation if he finds a welcoming destination.
