Danilo Cataldi’s future continues to hang in the balance. Last time we reported on the issue, a renewal was expected, as was a meeting between Cataldi’s representatives and Lazio. However, according to what has been reported in the press review of Radiosei today, the meeting has been postponed as the club and Cataldi himself continue to ponder over their future.
There are reportedly a number of Italian clubs interested in Cataldi but it appears as though Lazio would still like to retain the central midfielder and discussions are expected to be successful.
Cataldi was a strong and consistent performer this season and could be an important part of the side for years to come.
