Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s future is once again hanging in the balance. The Serbian midfielder was strongly linked with a move away from Rome last summer but, eventually, he stayed at the club; despite interest from the likes of Juventus, PSG and Manchester United. Now, according to what has been reported by CalcioMercato, the decision on Milinkovic-Savic’s future this summer is due to be made before the 12th of July.
Milinkovic-Savic, who is reportedly in talks with both PSG and Juventus, will have his future tied to Lazio’s withdrawal to their pre-season training camp at Auronzo di Cadore. Simone Inzaghi has made it clear that he wants a decision made on the Serbian’s future by then; so that he can work on sourcing appropriate replacements and reinvest the funds.
