According to what has been reported by CittaCeleste this morning, Lazio are ready to let Ecuadorian striker Felipe Caicedo leave the club this summer; after the upper management at the club have decided not to offer the striker a new contract.
Simone Inzaghi was reportedly interested in giving Caicedo an extension on his contract in the Italian capital but Igli Tare and Claudio Lotito would have blocked the request; likely due to the forward’s high salary demands.
Therefore, it is likely that the club will be open to listening to offers from both the Turkish and Chinese leagues this summer; two places where clubs have expressed an interest in the forward in the past.
