This may be the decisive week for bringing to Denis Vavro of FC Copenhagen to Rome.
As reported by Radiosei, Lazio are ready to begin negotiations for the player; they are set on making an official offer for around €10 million. This, however, comes €2 million short of their valuation of the Slovakian international, which seems to be the obstacle in the way of actually seeing this deal come to light.
Sporting Director Igli Tare – who has worked hard to overcome the competition from Atalanta, Roma, and Sampdoria – believes that the will of the player to join the Biancocelesti will be a huge boost in coming to an agreement: on social media, Vavro liked several comments stating to come to Lazio, nagging on Claudio Lotito’s club to deliver an offer. In the coming days, the truth will be revealed (as Lazio want the deal completed before their pre-season training in July), but Vavro could become Lazio’s newest signing.
