According to Turkish journalist Ismail Er from Turkish portal Hurriyet, Lazio are readying an offer of around 8 million euros for Turkish midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz, who currently plays for Turkish Super Lig Besiktas.
The reports suggest that although Lazio are preparing an offer of 8 million for the Arsenal and Liverpool target but that the Turkish side are not interested in selling him for any less than 12 million euros.
However, it is worth noting that the journalist himself is considered to be unreliable by Besiktas supporters and, therefore, this news is best taken with a pinch of salt, given the high volume of rumours surrounding Lazio so far this summer.
