Lazio have signed 22-year-old Cyprus defender, Andreas Karo. Acquired from Apollon Limassol, in the next few hours he will be in Rome to take his medical examinations. However, the player will not join Simone Inzaghi’s team at Auronzo Di Cadore – he will only be passing through the Capital to join Gian Piero Ventura’s Salernitana on loan. Last year, Karo played with Pafos FC in the Cypriot First Division, making 19 appearances.
