Official: Lazio Loan Andreas Karo to Salernitana

Lazio’s Andreas Karo has joined Serie B side Salernitana on loan ahead of the 2019/20 season. After reporting that the Cyprus 22-year-old defender had signed with the Biancocelesti from Apollon Limassol last week, the Granata announced the officialty of the transfer in a statement on their social media profiles.
