This evening, confirmation has come that Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers have signed Lazio duo Bruno Jordao and Pedro Neto in a deal believed to be worth around €20 million.
The duo signed for Lazio from Braga before the start of the 2017/18 season and, after largely failing to break through into the Biancocelesti first team, have now left for England after just two years.
The two signed for Lazio on loan with an obligation to buy this summer and have therefore only been officially Lazio players on a permanent basis for a number of weeks. The deal bares the fingerprints of super agent Jorge Mendes and it is likely that the agent played a big part in exactly what happened here.
