Lazio have seen a lot of squad turnover this summer, especially in the midfield following the sales of Alessandro Murgia, Bruno Jordao, and the imminent departure of Milan Badelj. This has led the Biancocelesti to look at Udinese’s Seko Fofana.
According to cittaceleste, Simone Inzaghi wants a midfielder that is not only strong defensively but can also contribute in the attacking third. The 24-year-old finished with two goals and four assists in Serie A last season showing the offensive qualities he has. The Ivorian is no stranger to Serie A, having spent three seasons in the league which is experience that Inzaghi wants in a new arrival.
Lazio will be evaluating the situation as Udinese are asking for at least €12 million since he’s been a mainstay in their midfield for years.
